Instructed to repair to reach 180F or above for final sanitizing rinse. No citation issued. Violation discussed with Supervisor T. Pham. Taggged dish machine. Instructed not to use until the final sanitizing rinse reaches 180F or above. Manager requested to have re-inspection and tag removal on 10/28/10.
