OBSERVED THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR WITH ABOUT 1/4 INCH GAP AT THE BOTTOM. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING POSSIBLE PEST AND OR INSECT ACTIVITY.
OBSERVED ALL CUTTING BOARDS ON THE SANDWICH PREP LINE WITH DEEP CUTTING GROOVES ON EACH SIDE. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE AND MAINTAIN ALL AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION OF FOODS.
OBSERVED THE THE CEILING OPENED IN MULTIPLE AREAS...THE REAR JUST RIGHT OF THE THREE DOOR REACH IN COOLING UNIT...ABOVE THE AREA WHERE THE ICE BUCKET IS STORED JUST LEFT OF THE COMPUTER STATION...IN FRONT OF THE ICE MACHINE AND ABOVE THE REACH IN FREEZER UNIT. INSTRUCTED TO COVER ALL.
OBSERVED THE DOOR TRIM AT THE REAR EXIT DOOR IN NEED OF COVERING OR PAINTED OR A SEAL OF SOME SORT TO MAKE THE AREA EASY TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
