Found fresh eggs approximately 1 dozen at 57.0 F, Sliced tomatoes approximately 2lbs at 52.8 F and cucumber sauce approximately 1 pint at 54.1 F. Instructed manger that potenially hazardous foods must maintain 40 F or below, manager discarded and denatured, approximately $20. Critical citation issued 7-38-005(A).
Storage racks inside coolers not maintained. Instructed to remove rust and apply non-toxic sealant to surface.
Interior ice machine not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize all parts.
Floor in basement and corners not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean.
