OBSERVED STANDING WATER ON FLOOR IN OFFICE AND AT STORAGE ROOM ALSO OBSERVED LITTER ON FLOOR IN WALK IN FREEZER. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO KEEP FLOOR DRY/CLEAN THROUGHOUT.

WOMENS WASHROOM RIGHT SIDE HANDWASH BOWL COLD WATER HANDLE LEAKING AT BASE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN SINK.
