ALSO OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 7 ANTS ON THE FLOOR BEHIND THE GARBAGE IN THE FRONT DINING AREA. ALSO NOTED THE COOKS LINE HANDWASHING SINK, THE UTILITY SINK, AND ALL THREE COMPARTMENTS OF THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK NOT DRAINING. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO CALL A LICENSED PLUMBER AND TO DISCONTINUE WASHING DISHES AT THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK UNTIL ALL DRAINS PROPERLY DRAIN AND WASTE WATER IS NO LONGER COMING OUT FROM THE GREASE TRAP.
