THE VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE HAS BEEN TAGGED AND HELD FOR INSPECTION. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT A CDPH APPROVED HACCP PLAN IS NEEDED BEFORE VACUUM PACKAGING ANY FOOD.
