INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CLEAN FLOORS UNDER ALL EQUIPMENT, ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN ALL AREAS. OBSERVED DUST BUILDUP ON FAN IN WALK-IN COOLER, S. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL FANS, CEILING/WALL VENTS.
