OBSERVED REACH IN REFRIGERATOR IN KITCHEN NEAR FRYERS WITH RUST ACCUMULATION ON INTERIOR. ALL RUST MUST BE REMOVED AND INTERIOR MUST BE MAINTAINED IN A SMOOTH EASILY CLEANABLE MANNER AT ALL TIMES.
OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING AREAS UNCLEAN AND NEED TO BE CLEANED AND SANITIZED: INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF ALL CABINETS AT SERVICE STATIONS, ALL SIDES OF ALL COOKING EQUIPMENT, INTERIOR OF ALL REFRIGERATORS, SLICER MUST BE CLEANED AND SANITIZED, ALL FANS WITHIN REFRIGERATION UNITS, ALL GASKETS ON ALL REFRIGERATORS
OBSERVED FLOOR OF BASEMENT CONTAINING WEST SIDE WALK IN COOLER AND WALK IN FREEZER WITH RAW CONCRETE FLOORS. FLOORS MUST BE PAINTED AND RESTORED TO A SMOOTH EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE AND MAINTAINED.
OBSERVED ALL FLOOR DRAINS VERY UNCLEAN WITH DIRT AND DEBRIS. CLEAN AND MAINTIAN ALL FLOOR DRAINS.
OBSERVED STAINED CEILING TILES IN WOMENS WASHROOM ON 1ST FLOOR. REPLACE AND MAINTAIN. OBSERVED CEILING ABOVE REAR EXIT DOOR IN KITHCEN UNCLEAN WITH BLACK MOLD LIKE SUBSTANCE CLEAN AND MAINTIAN.
OBSERVED WALL IN BASEMENT FOOD PREP AREA WITH EXPOSED BRICK NEAR ELECTRICAL METERS. DOOR MUST BE REINSTALLED. WALL NEED TO BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
OBSERVED SINK STOPPERS ARE NEEDED AT 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IN BASEMENT IN ORDER TO PROPERLY WASH RINSE AND SANITZE ALL DISHES AND GLASSWARE.
