All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. EXTERIOR SURFACES FOR ICE BINS NOT CLEAN AROUND THE RIM, INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
