Must install exposed hand washing sink in brewing area, near 3 compartment sink. Hand washing sink must be easily accessible, have hot/cold water with adequate city pressure, and have soap and paper towels at all times. Must maintain same. Critical violation 7-38-030.

Found dust on brick walls in dining room area. Brick wall must be clean and in good repair in dining room. Found unsealed brick walls and raw wood surfaces in beer storage room in front of facility. Found unsealed brick walls in brewery and rear storage areas. All surfaces in drink prep or storage areas must be finished to be smooth, non-porous/non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. Must paint, seal or stain drink prep or drink storage areas. Must maintain same.
