Ventilation not provided in toilet rooms. Instructed to install exhaust fan or have window open at all times of operation.

All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. FURNACE AREA MUST BE REORGANIZED,MUST REMOVE UNNECESSARY MATERIALS INSIDE THE FURNACE ROOM;ALL TOOLS IN THE REAR AREA NOT NEEDED IN THE BAKERY MUST BE REMOVED
