OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF RODENT ACTIVITY ON THE PREMISES. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 30 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR AND SHELVES OF THE LIQUOR STORAGE ROOM AND REAR STORAGE ROOM. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE AFFECTED AREAS. ALSO OBSERVED 10 LIVE FRUIT FLIES BEHIND THE MAIN BAR. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
