(NOTED FINAL SANITIZING RINSE OF 140F) AND LOW TEMPERATURE WAREWASHING MACHINE (THE SIXTH BAR) AT IMPROPER FINAL SANITIZING RINSE AT 0 PPM CHLORINE CONCENTRATION. BOTH DISHMACHINE ARE NOT IN USED AT THIS TIME OF INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO FIX AND MAINTAIN. A MECHANICAL DISHWASHING MACHINES SHOULD PROVIDE A FINAL SANITIZING RINSE OF EITHER 50 – 100 PPM CHLORINE (FOR CHEMICAL SANITIZING MACHINE) OR 180F FINAL RINSE (FOR HOT WATER SANITIZING MACHINE). SERVICE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON SITE, LOW TEMPERATURE WAREWASHING MACHINE (THE SIXTH BAR) HAS BEEN FIXED NOW AT 100 PPM CHLORINE CONCENTRATION AND HIGH TEMPERATURE DISHMACHINE NOW AT 180F.
