MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE FOLLOWING: ALL COOKING EQUIPMENTS, COOLERS, DEEP FRYER, DISHES, UTENSILS,EXPOSED SINK AND 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.
MUST INSTALL A COVING 4" THROUGHOUT THE PREP AREA IN THE BASEMENT. MUST CLEAN THE FLOOR THROUGHOUT THE REAR AREA.
MUST SEAL ALL THE GAPS IN BETWEEN THE WALLS AND CEILING AND AROUND PIPE IN THE PREP AREA BASEMENT AND IST FLOOR PREP AREA. REPAIR THE CRACKED WALLS IN THE PREP AREA BASEMENT. FINISH THE WALLS IN THE 1ST AND BASEMENT PREP AREA.
MUST PROVIDE VISIBLE THERMOMETER IN ALL COOLERS AND FREEZER.
MUST POST "NO SMOKING" SIGNS INSIDE THE ESTBALISHMENT AND ON THE ENTRANCE FRONT AND EXIT DOOR.
