Walk in cooler shelving/racks not clean, need cleaning, prep table lower shelving not clean, needs cleaning.

Broken floor tiles in rear kitchen prep area by cooler, shall be repaired/replaced.

Non food contact surfaces of walk in cooler shelving/racks not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices).

Exhaust vents(ventilation)in walk in cooler not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices).

Found food items not properly dated, labeled in coolers, must date and label all food items in co0olers.
