MUST REPAIR THE HOLES IN THE WALL IN THE OLD DISHROOM (WHERE DISH MACHINE USED TO BE UNDER THE HOOD). MUST SEAL ALL HOLES AND GAPS AND MAINTAIN THE WALL TO BE SMOOTH, NON-ABSORBENT AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
MUST REPLACE BURNT OUT BULBS ON RIGHT SIDE OF COOK LINE.
MUST PROVIDE THERMOMETERS FOR ALL COLD HOLDING EQUIPMENT.
MUST REMOVE UNNECESSARY/BROKEN/UNUSED ARTICLES FROM BASEMENT STORAGE ROOMS (CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, PIPES, GRANITE AND METAL SCRAPS).
