The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.FLOORS ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS THROUGHOUT INCLUDING BASEMENT REQUIRE A DETAIL CLEANING.
