The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. SEAL OPENINGS AROUND PIPE FITTINGS UNDER SINK IN WASHROOM. REPLACE STAINED CEILING TILES IN WASHROOM. REPAIR, CLEAN AND PAINT WALLS IN PREP AND STORAGE AREAS.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. PROVIDE LIGHT SHIELD IN REACH-IN COOLER.
REMOVE ALL FOOD EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS, BROILER, PANS, FRYER BINS, ETC FROM WASHROOM.
