OBSERVED THE DRAIN AT THE DISH WASHING MACHINE IN NEED OF A DETAIL CLEANING. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED THE SIDES OF COOKING AND NON COOKING EQUIPMENT WITH A BUILD UP OF DUST, DIRT, GREASE SPILLAGE, FOOD DEBRIS AND SPLATTER. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING POSSIBLE PEST AND OR INSECT ACTIVITY.
OBSERVED THE FLOORS THROUGHOUT KITCHEN, PREP, DISH WASHING AND BAR AREA IN NEED OF A DETAIL CLEANING UNDER AND AROUND ALL COOKING AND NON COOKING EQUIPMENT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL AREAS.
