Observed thick black slime/dirt build up inside ice machine dripping into ice- ready to eat food. Instructed manager to clean/sanitize and maintain ice machine. All ice voluntarily discarded at this time. Critical violation. Citation issued.
All food should be properly protected from contamination during storage, preparation, display, service, and transportation. Observed liquor bottles inside ice bin with ice held inside, no cover/protective barrier for all ice bins. Must remove all bottles in ice bin (ice inside is ready to eat food) and provide covers for all ice bins. Serious violation. Citation issued. Ticket #H000058041 11.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Observed large holes in walls behind/around mop sink. Must repair walls/seal all holes in walls.
