Dust build up on fan cover in walk-in cooler and ceiling vent covers in rear utensil washing and mop sink area. Instructed to clean and maintain same.
Middle mechanical drain at three compartment sinks is leaking. Instructed to repair. No backflow prevention device on hose bib by stairs to basement or on water supply to ice machine. Must install or provide proof of back flow prevention.
