SINK IS TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION AT THIS TIME AND MUST NOT BE USED OR TAG REMOVED UNTIL IT HAS BEEN REINSPECTED BY THE CHICAGO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.
