OBSERVED EMPLOYEE STARTED MAKING SANDWICHES AFTER HANDLING MONEY WITHOUT WASHING HANDS, ONLY GLOVES WERE USED, INSTRUCTED MGR TO HAVE ALL FOOD HANDLERS WASH HANDS BEFORE PREPPING READY-TO-EAT FOOD ITEMS.
Adequate and convenient hand washing facilities shall be provided for all employees. NO HAND SOAP AT MENS TOILET ROOM HAND SINK, INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE.
