PASS 5 violations
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE FOLLOWING: CAN OPENER, INTERIOR/EXTERIOR OF ICE MACHINE, COOLERS AND COOKING EQUIPMENTS.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS IN ALL CORNERS AND UNDER/AROUND ALL HEAVY EQUIPMENTS. MUST REPLACE ALL DAMAGED FLOOR TILES IN PREP AREA AND THROUGHOUT.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPAIR DAMAGED WALL ON TOP OF DOORWAY IN FRONT OF MOPSINK AND DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL VENTS.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. MUST PROVIDE END CAPS TO LIGHTS IN PREP AREA AND DETAIL CLEAN SHIELDS-REMOVE DIRT/DEAD BUGS.
All employees shall be required to use effective hair restraints to confine hair.
