Chemical test kit scale does not match the range needed for proper sanitization as stated on actual product label of sanitizer. Bottle states 500 ppm needed for proper sanitizing. Chemical test kit range is from 0-50 ppm. Instructed must have proper concentration as stated on chemical label when operating dish machine. Critical violation 7-38-030.
