OBSERVED FLOOR IN SODA MACHINE ROOM (BASEMENT) TO BE UNSMOOTH AND COVERED IN UNSEALED WOODEN PLANKS. MUST REFINISH FLOOR TO BE SMOOTH, NON-ABSORBENT AND EASILY CLEANABLE. MUST STORE ALL FOOD ITEMS IN WALK IN COOLER AT LEAST 6 INCHES ABOVE THE FLOOR.
OBSERVED CEILING IN LIQUOR STORAGE AND PAPER GOODS STORAGE ROOMS TO BE UNFINISHED (RAFTERS EXPOSED). MUST FINISH CEILING TO BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. OBSERVED WALL BELOW MOP SINK TO BE DECAYING AND WATER DAMAGED. MUST REPAIR WALL TO BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
MUST REPLACE BURNT OUT LIGHT AT LEFT SIDE OF COOK LINE.
MUST PROVIDE FAUCET, WITH HOT AND COLD WATER UNDER CITY PRESSURE, ABOVE TOP-LOADING ICE CREAM AND MARGARITA MACHINES AT BAR.
MUST PROVIDE THERMOMETERS FOR INSIDE OF BASEMENT COOLER.
MUST REMOVE BROKEN/UNUSED UPRIGHT COOLER IN BASEMENT. MUST REMOVE UNUSED/UNNECESSARY CHAIRS (LEFTOVER FROM WHEN DINING ROOM WAS REDECORATED) FROM GARAGE STORAGE AREA.
