All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE LABEL ON DRY FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS.
Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. INSTRUCTED TO INVERT ALL CLEAN MULTI-USE UTENSILS(FRYING PANS,POTS,MIXER BOWLS,ETC.),AND SINGLE SERVICE ARTICLES THROUGHOUT.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR RUSTS ON STORAGE SHELVES UNDER PREP TABLES IN KITCHEN,REPAIR SEATS IN KITCHEN WITH DAMAGED TOPS,AND WORN OUT WOOD CASE FOR TRASH CONTAINER IN DINING.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN DEBRIS AND STAINS ON TOP THE OF ICE MACHINE,INSIDE OF TOILET BOWL,AND TRASH CONTAINER STORAGE CASE IN THE DINING.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPAIR DAMAGED WALLS AT EXPOSE HAND WASH SINK IN KITCHEN,AND WATER STAINED CEILING TILE AT FRONT CHECK OUT COUNTER.
