Drain to hand wash sink away from floor drain such that water spills out on floor. Open drains with no covers at at least three locations in kitchen.
Warewashing machine tested at 0ppm Chlorine on final rinse. Machine had signage indicating that equipment used chemical as sanitizer.
No towels at kitchen hand wash sink . Corrected on site.
Sourdough bread stored in a method not in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
Floors not sealed. Multiple tiles missing.
