INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE FLOOR UNDER COOKING EQUIPMENT, THREE COMP SINK AND AROUND AND BEHIND OTHER EQUIPMENT IN KITCHEN AND BASEMENT AREA. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN WALLS AROUND AND BEHIND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT WHERE NEEDED. ALSO CLEAN CEILING VENTS WHERE NEEDED TO REMOVE DUST.
OBSERVED THE VENTS ABOVE THE COOKING EQUIPMENT IN NEED OF CLEANING; CLEAN VENTS.
INSTRUCTED THAT ALL CITY OF CHICAGO FOOD SERVICE MANAGERS MUST OBTAIN THE REQUIRED FOOD ALLERGEN TRAINING.
