PROVIDE A SPLASHGUARD BETWEEN THE EXPOSED HANDSINK AND THE PREP TABLES IN THE PREP AREA. PROVIDE ICE BIN COVERS FOR ALL ICE BINS BEHIND ALL BARS.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST REGROUT THE FLOOR TILES BEHIND ALL BARS WHERE NEEDED. FLOOR OF THE CLOSET WHERE THE BOXES OF FOUNTAIN POP IS STORED MUST BE CLEAN AND DRY. FLOOR IN THIS AREA MUST ALSO BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
