INSTRUCTED TO STORE PROPERLY AT LEAST SIX INCHES FROM THE FLOOR ON RAISED SHELVING UNITS. OBSERVED FOOD ITEMS STORED IN REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER UNCOVERED. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDED FOOD GRADE LIDS AND/OR COVERINGS WHEN STORING ALL FOOD ITEMS TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION.
