MUST CLEAN, SANITIZE AND REMOVE EXCESSIVE FROST BUILD-UP AT THE ICE BOX FREEZER AND THE 1DR REFRIGERATOR IN THE BASEMENT. ALSO MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE INTERIOR BOTTOM SHELF OF ALL COOLERS AND REFRIGERATORS IN THE KITCHEN AREA AS WELL AS ALL SHELVING RACKS AT SAME. CLEAN AND SANITIZE EXTERIOR RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE ICE MACHINE, EXTERIOR DOOR OF THE ICE BOX FREEZER IN THE BASEMENT AND SAME AT THE 1DR REFRIGERATOR IN THE BASEMENT.
MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL FLOORS AT CORNERS ON THE 1ST FLOOR AND IN THE BASEMENT TO REMOVE DEBRI, DEAD INSECTS AND ALL GLUE BOARDS WITH DEAD INSECTS ON THEM.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN THE WALLS IN THE KITCHEN ABOVE ALL COOLING UNITS AND COOLERS TO REMOVE GRIME. IN THE BASEMENT MUST CAP/SEAL THE END OF A NON WORKING/NOT IN USE 5-INCH WASTE WATER PIPE AT THE CEILING LOCATED ACROSS FROM THE 1DR PRODUCE REFRIGERATOR.
MUST PROVIDE 2 ADDITIONAL SINK STOPPERS FOR THE 3-COMP SINK AT ALL TIMES. MUST TIGHTEN THE LOOSE FAUCET HANDLE AT THE RESTROOM HAND SINK.
MUST REMOVE OFF PREMISES ALL UNNECESSARY ITEMS BEING STORED IN THE BASEMENT. ALL OTHER ITEMS MUST ALWAYS BE 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR AT ALL TIMES.ALSO ELEVATE 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR ALL SODA DRINKS LOCATED IN THE CUSTOMER DINING AREA.
