INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE BACK FLOW PREVENTER DEVICE OR VACUUM BREAKER AT MOP SINK FAUCET.----------MUST PROVIDE 3 WORKING DRAIN STOPPERS AT 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.
INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, MAINTAIN AND REORGANIZE PREP/COOKING AREA. MUST REMOVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES AND CLUTTER STORED IN STORAGE AND COUNTER SHELVES TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.--------MUST PROVIDE PROPER RAISED STORAGE SHELVES 6" OFF THE FLOOR FOR EASY ACCESS ON CLEANING (NOTED PREMISE USING SODA CRATES FOR STORAGE).
