OBSERVED MALE EMPLOYEE NOT WORKING IN THIS RESTAURANT WENT TO THE PREP AREA AND STARTS TALKING TO THE COOK. INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT ONLY AUTHORIZED EMPLOYEE CAN STAY IN THE PREP AREA.
