The interior of the walk in cooler has a musty smell, dirty fan guard and mold in the floor corner; wash, rinse and sanitize the cooler interior from top to bottom. The ice machine has a white buildup in the door, delime, clean, rinse and sanitize the machine in detail.
All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces. Repair the burned out lighting in the back office.
