INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE FLOORS AND PROVIDE/MAINTAIN BASEBOARDS.
OBSERVED THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK FAUCET ARM LEAKING. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN ALL PLUMBING.
OBSERVED CLUTTER IN THE REAR STORAGE ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE UNUSED ITEMS OR BETTER ORGANIZE THEM.
