All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. OBSERVED EXPOSED INSULATION INSIDE OF THE MEAT COOLER DOORS DUE TO BROKEN PLASTIC. MUST REPAIR BOTH DOORS INSIDE OF THE MEAT COOLER BELOW THE PREP COUNTER.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST REGROUT THE FLOOR TILES IN THE POTWASH AREA AND AROUND THE HIGH TEMPERATURE DISHMACHINES. DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOOR BEHIND THE OVENS.
