NOTED UNUSED/BROKEN EQUIPMENT IN KITCHEN AND EXCESSIVE CLUTTER FROM ITEMS THROUGHOUT THE BASEMENT. ITEMS ON THE FLOOR, TRASH AND DEBRIS UNDERSTAIRWAY. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL UNNECESSARY ITEMS TO BUSINESS. ALL KEPT ITEMS ARE TO BE PLACED ON PROPER SHELVING THAT IS NON-POUROUS, SMOOTH AND EASY TO CLEAN AND A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES OFF THE GROUND.
