OBSERVED REAR PREP TABLES, #10 CAN OPENER NOT CLEAN, INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE. ALSO CLEAN 3 TIER CART, AND TABLE STORAGE SHELVES, AND CLEAN EXTERIOR OF THE BULK CONTAINERS. CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE FRYER DOORS.
OBSERVED THE FLOOR NOT CLEAN UNDER AND BEHIND ALL EQUIPMENT, DISH AREA, REAR PREP/STORAGE AREA. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN. ALSO CLEA FLOOR REAR SIDE STORAGE AREA.
OBSERVED GRAFITTI ON THE MENS RESTROOM ENTRANCE DOOR, AND IN THE LADIES RESTROOM 1ST.STALL DOOR, INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE. ALSO REPLACE ALL WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILES THRU-OUT PREMISES AND IN RESTROOMS.
OBSERVED ONE URNIAL NOT WORKING AT THIS TIME, INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR. ALSO CLEAN WALLS IN UTILITY MOP ROOM. OBSERVED DISH AREA HAND SINK DRAINING SLOW, INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR.
