ALL CLEAN UTENSILS,POTS AND PANS MUST BE STORED UPSIDE DOWN/INVERTED TO PREVENT DUST ACCUMULATION.
MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL AND SANITIZE THE INTERIOR OF THE ALL COOKING EQUIPMENT(DEEP FRYER,STOVES,GRILL); CLEAN IN DETAIL THE MOP SINK; INSIDE THE COOLERS AND FREEZERS;
LOOSE BASEBOARD/COVING IN FRONT OF THE WALK IN COOLER IN THE BASEMENT. MUST REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.
ALL LIGHT BULBS ON THE HOOD ARE BURNED OUT. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE LIGHT BULBS.
MISSING DRAIN STOPPER FOR THE 2 COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE PREP AREA. MUST PROVIDE.
