NEED TO RODENT PROOF FRONT DOOR AND PROVIDE PEST CONTROL/LOG BOOK.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.NEED TO REPLACE CRACKED GLASS ON 2 DOOR COOLER, AND REPAIR UPRIGHT COOLER DOOR CAN'T OPEN.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. NEED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE POTATO CUTTER.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.NEED TO FILL ALL HOLES AROUND PIPES, AND MAKE WALLS SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. ALSO AROUND CEILING.
TOILET ROOM DOOR NOT SELF CLOSING MUST PROVIDE DOOR CHECK.
OBSERVED MOP SINK WITH HOSE CONECTION INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE A HOSE BIBB VACUUM BREAKER. The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline.OBSERVED STOVE/ TOP BURNERS NOT UNDER THE VENTILATION INSTRUCTED TO PLACE UNDER VENT OR REMOVE.
