STILL WORKING ON VIOLATION FROM 6/22/10 REPORT 251180. WALK-IN COOLER FAN GUARD COVERS.
All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines.OBSERVED 30 FRUIT FLIES, 5 HOUSE FLIES IN BASEMENT PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE PEST CONTROL RETURN FOR SERVICE REMOVE FLIES.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. OBSERVED MISSING DOOR HANDLE ON WALK IN COOLER IN REAR STORAGE.INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. OBSERVED FAN GUARD COVERS IN WALK- IN COOLER'S NOT CLEAN DUSTY INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.OBSERVED MISSING CEILING COVER ON 1ST. FLOOR OVER WAIT STATION INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE.
