OBSERVED WET WIPING CLOTH LAYING ON THE PREP TABLES THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY. MUST PROPERLY STORE WIPING CLOTHS IN A SANITIZING SOLUTION BETWEEN USE.
OBSERVED MILK CRATES BEING USED AS SHELVING THROUGHOUT THE FRONT PREP AND STORAGE AREAS. MUST REMOVE AND PROVIDE SHELVING THAT IS 6" OFF THE FLOOR AND PROVIDES FLOOR ACCESSIBILITY TO ENSURE ADEQUATE FACILITY CLEANING.
OBSERVED AN ACCUMULATION OF DUST AND FOOD DEBRIS UNDER SHELVES AND TABLETOP EQUIPMENT IN THE PREP AREAS. MUST DETAIL CLEAN ALL AREAS AND MAINTAIN.
