OBSERVED TWO 3-COMPARTMENT WAREWASHING SINKS WITHOUT APPROVED GREASE TRAP LOCATED IN DISH/PREP AREA. ALL SINKS IN WHICH FOOD, UTENSILS, AND EQUIPMENT ARE WASHED SHALL BE CONNECTED TO ALSO HAVE A CATCH-BASIN OR BE EQUIPPED WITH AN APPROVED GREASE INTERCEPTOR. INSTRUCTED PERSON IN CHARGE TO OBTAIN, INSTALL AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.
OBSERVED CHIPPED PAINT ON THE WALLS IN THE KITCHEN REAR PREP BY BOBA POTS AND NEAR ICE MACHINE. INSTRUCTED TO RESURFACE AND REPAINT CHIPPED AREAS TO ENSURE WALLS ARE SEALED, SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
