INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE FLOORS UNDER AND AROUND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT. CLEAN WALLS AROUND AND BEHIND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT.
OBSERVED UNUSED EQUIPMENT SITTING IN REAR OF ESTABLISHMENT ( PREP COOLER ). INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE TO PREVENT POTENTIAL PEST HARBORAGE.
OBSERVED SOME LIGHTS IN PREP AREA WITHOUT SHIELDS; MUST PROVIDE LIGHT SHIELDS WHERE NEEDED.
FOOD HANDLER TRAINING CERTIFICATES EXPIRED; INSTRUCTED TO HAVE ALL FOOD HANDLERS OBTAIN VALID CERTIFICATES.
