Obstructed hand-wash sinks were found. Boxes were placed on the hand sink basin, milk steaming kettles were rinsed in the prep area, and the hand wash sink was obstructed. The manager instructed not to use hand-wash sinks for anything other than hand washing and to keep them accessible at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c).

Cold TCS foods were held at an improper temperature. Five pounds of pork and turkey sausage patties were found at 58.4, and two pounds of chicken croissants were found at 59.5. The Items were held in a prep sandwich cooler. The manager was instructed to hold Cold TCS foods at 41 degrees or lower. Food items valued at $50 were discarded. Priority violation 7-38-005.

The manager must contact the office of CDPH for a tag removal request.
