MUST DETAIL CLEAN ALL PREP TABLES, COUNTER TOPS, STORAGE SHELVING AND RACKS, ALSO INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF DISHWASHING MACHINE TO REMOVE DEBRIS AND/OR GREASE.

NOTED THE AREA BEHIND THE BAR VERY CLUTTERED. MUST REMOVE ALL UNNECESSARY ITEMS BEHIND THE BAR AND ANY WHERE ELSE NEEDED TO PREVENT HARBORAGE.
