MUST PROPERLY LABEL PRECOOKED AND PREPARED FOOD ITEMS INSIDE THE WALK IN COOLER WITH NAME AND DATE.
A SPLASH GUARD IS NEEDED AT THE EXPOSED HANDSINK IN THE FRONT PREP AREA NEXT TO THE ICE BIN.
MUST CLEAN PREP TABLES IN THE BASEMENT AND 1st FLOOR, INSIDE COOLERS AND FREEZER TO REMOVE SPILLS AND DEBRIS. ALSO MUST CLEAN EXTERIOR OF GREASE TRAP UNDER 3 COMP SINK TO REMOVE GREASE.
FLOORS NEED DETAIL CLEANING THROUGH OUT 1st FLOOR AND BASEMENT TO REMOVE DEBRIS, SPILLS AND GREASE ESPECIALLY AROUND COOKING EQUIPMENT,3 COMP SINK AND THE GREASE TRAP.
NOTED LEAKS AT THE EXPOSED HAND SINK AT THE FAUCET AND AT THE PIPE UNDERNEATH IN THE REAR PREP AREA. MUST REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.
