OBSERVED THERMOMETER WITHIN WALK IN COOLER READING 50F. MY THERMOMETER REFLECTED 41.3F. ALL REFRIGERATORS MUST HAVE WORKING THERMOMETERS AT ALL TIMES AND CHECKED REGULARLY TO MAKE SURE REFRIGERATORS ARE MAINTAINING 40F OR LESS.
OBSERVED WIPING CLOTHS IN SANITIZER SOLUTION AT 400PPM. EDUCATED ON THE COORECT AMOUNT OF CHLORINE SANITIZER TO BE 50-100 PPM. DUMPED OUT ALL SANTIZER BUCKETS AND REFILLED WITH PROPER AMOUNT OF CHLORINE BLEACH 100PPM.
