Adequate and convenient hand washing facilities shall be provided for all employees. MUST PROVIDE HAND SOAP AT THE PREP AREA HANDSINK AND SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT THE BAR HANDSINK. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
FLOORS: CONSTRUCTED PER CODE, CLEANED, GOOD REPAIR, COVING INSTALLED, DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS USED
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. THE FLOOR BEHIND THE BAR MUST BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. MUST FILL IN ANY AREAS OF THE FLOOR WHICH ARE NOT SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. CAP AND SEAL THE UNUSED FLOOR DRAIN BEHIND THE BAR.

The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST SEAL ALL WALL OPENINGS BEHIND THE BAR AND IN THE PREP AREA. MUST FINISH THE FRP BOARD BEHIND THE FREEZER AND PREP TABLE IN THE PREP AREA.
REFRIGERATION AND METAL STEM THERMOMETERS PROVIDED AND CONSPICUOUS
All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. MUST PROVIDE A PROBE THERMOMETER TO TAKE FOOD TEMEPRATURES.
